Introducing the exquisite 1995 Grand Banks 38 Eastbay EX, a remarkable Downeast vessel that combines elegance with performance. With an overall length of 38 feet, this boat boasts a robust Deep Vee fiberglass hull, ensuring stability and a smooth ride on the water. Powered by twin 2025 Caterpillar C7.1 inboard engines (shafts & Props), each delivering an impressive 500 horsepower, this vessel is equipped for both leisure and adventure. With only 50 hours of use since the 2025 re-power, these engines promise reliability and efficiency with transferrable factor warranty through August 2027. Inside, the boat features a cozy cabin and a well-appointed head, providing comfort for overnight excursions. The thoughtful design and craftsmanship of the Grand Banks brand shine through, making "BOOTLEGGER" an ideal choice for those seeking a blend of luxury and functionality on the water. Experience the joy of cruising with this stunning vessel!

Properly designated as a 1995/2025 GB38 Eastbay EX inboard with straight shafts and props. "BOOTLEGGER" is unique in the market as approximately $300,000. was spent on an extensive re-power and re-fit spanning 2022 through 2025. The work was performed by one of New England'sleading yards resulting in a vintage high quality yacht built by one the worlds leading builders with modern state of the art machinery and drive train including full electronically managed shift and throttles with integral synchro, digital data display including fuel statistics, load and more. Replacement cost for a comparable new vessel would be well over one million dollars and likely be pod drives. "BOOTLEGGER" represents a fully equipped, smooth and fast Downeast cruiser and island hopping yacht, built to the industries highest standards.

The benefit to the user vs. all other Eastbay 38's offered is a smoother quieter ride with superior speed, economy, extended range, reduced exhaust, and reliable operation. The entire boat will be more enjoyable especially on the helm deck and cockpit while underway with reduced vibration, sound levels and exhaust fumes. "BOOTLEGGER" is now likely the fastest and most fuel efficient Eastbay 38 in existence with transferrable CAT Engine Warranties in place through August 2027 with extended warranties available for purchase.

New factory fresh robust CAT C7.1 500hp turbo charged aftercooled common rail engines were installed along with ZF gears and electronic shifters, CAT electronic display panels, new shafts and shaft logs, struts and props. All associated filters, exhaust components, engine wire harnesses, etc. are new. In the two years prior to the re-power the boat received new interior and exterior upholstery, upgraded charging and inverter unit, wiring and associated electrical components and batteries to bring her up to modern standards. Engines, gears and major components are under warranty as described by their manufacturer.
